“Every dispute arising from this contract is resolved through a mediation procedure carried out by the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services in Marrakesh, I regret according to the mediation law. In the event of mediation failure, the dispute is resolved by institutional arbitration organized by the Mediation and Arbitration Center according to the arbitration law Which the parties viewed and agreed to.
